The tick that keeps on ticking

We’re top of the class! Now a wide range of the Earthwise products that you rely on for great cleaning power have been independently proven to be environmentally gentler too!

Four of our ranges – covering more than 35 products – have now received the Environmental Choice* tick. Our laundry liquids and powders were the very first of our range to receive the Environmental Choice tick back in 2013.

Earlier this year we were proud to be the first consumer brand to offer Environmental Choice certified toiletry products (body wash, shampoo, and hand wash), now the same accreditation is proudly displayed on our machine dish tabs and dish powders. Our hand dish wash liquids will soon carry the logo as well.

You’ll see the distinctive tick starting to appear on all of these products over the next few months as we update our packaging.

We have gone the extra mile to achieve environmental certification across so many of our products so that you can be sure of something that we have always known: Choosing Earthwise means buying effective products that are a genuinely gentler choice - for our planet and for future generations. We know that this matters to you because you’ve told us so.

In 2014 our loyal Facebook followers in New Zealand said that safety for their family was the single most important factor influencing product choice; followed by allergy-friendliness and being environmentally gentle.

It comes as no surprise that your children’s health and safety are paramount – but it’s clear that the health and safety of the planet comes a close second. And it’s not only Kiwi shoppers to feel this way. In a 2015 poll, our cousins across the ditch also put environmental friendliness as second only to being allergy sensitive and safe for family use.

At Earthwise, we don’t set out to change the world but we do believe that every little bit helps. The small things DO count. Single drops of water eventually become a lake; a tree is made up of thousands of individual leaves. We can choose to make small changes for the better every day.
